The United States and Trinidad say U.S. Marines installed a radar in Tobago to combat drugs -- but this war materiel isn't designed for operations based at sea or on land.
A professional standards hearing heard that Scott John Trigg-Turner, 44, told students at Bassaleg School in Newport, South Wales, that he served in the US marines under the codename 'Kill Switch'.
"They will help us to improve our surveillance and the intelligence of the radars for the narco-traffickers in our waters and outside our waters," she said.
