The assessment came as experts are trying to determine how long it would take Iran to rebuild its nuclear program in the aftermath of U.S. and Israeli strikes.
Iran's president continued his verbal assault on the International Atomic Energy Agency on Thursday, calling on the U.N.-backed watchdog to end its double standard against his country.
It comes after Mohammad-Javad Larijani, an aide close to Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, said the U.S. President "can no longer sunbathe in Mar-a-Lago."
