Shipping containers from the vessel Mississippi fell into the ocean at California's Port of Long Beach, with authorities investigating the cause of the incident.

The shipping containers fell off a vessel named the Mississippi shortly before 9 a.m., and no injuries have been reported, according to Port of Long Beach spokesperson Art Marroquin.
"They are supposed to be taking out the old, I call it 'antique-type' decorations," said Mississippi patron Jerry Love. "I'm very conservative and old so I like those and rather that they didn't."
