As the Court winds up its term, I'm going to take a brief break from new posts on my Confirmation Tales substack. I figure that it is a good time to invite those of you who have your own interesting confirmation tales to pass them along to me.
I don't claim to have a great track record of predicting opinion assignments, even late in the term when the Court has relatively few cases outstanding. But that won't stop me from trying again.
