Polish prime minister Donald Tusk has dubbed the upcoming military exercises 'very aggressive' and has closed the country's border with Belarus in anticipation of the intimidating display.
For more than a year, the close ally of Russia has sought to mend ties with the West in the hopes of easing the sanctions and the country's international isolation.
Release comes as Alexander Lukashenko, the country's authoritarian leader and an ally of President Vladimir Putin of Russia, seeks to normalize ties with the Trump administration.
