Justin Hickens was in attendance at Charlie Kirk's event at Utah Valley University and recalls the moment he says he saw Kirk get shot and "go limp" and how the crowd reacted after the shot rang out.
The suit, which names Patel and Attorney General Pam Bondi, was filed by former acting FBI Director Brian Driscoll as well as Steven Jensen and Spencer Evans.
