A California political candidate is in jail over allegations she listed a trashy dive bar in Stockton as her home address -- circumventing election law.
Ashley Garibay, 23, of Stockton, California , has been identified by friends and family as the In-N-Out employee who was killed at the new Twin Falls location on Saturday.
