The layoffs will cut the Kent, Wash-based company's overall headcount by about 1,400 jobs.

The seaside town of Ramsgate, Kent, was once a 'bustling' holiday hotspot, but worried locals now say their town is 'dying a death' with businesses struggling to survive and a barren high street.

The two men are prominent veterans, Joe Kent being a former Green Beret and Sean Parnell leading one of the most decorated units of the Afghanistan War.
