Blizzard has announced issues with authentication servers, which seems to be affecting players from logging into the game.

A brand new hotfix was just pushed to live servers which nerfs the Cursebreaker achievement significantly - 300 Cursed Surges are no longer required.

Hunters are reportedly getting the Catalyst Unbound achievement when they acquire their 2-set, instead of their 4-set, allowing them to get additional catalyst charges early.
