Jones, who officially signed a new contract with the Colts on Thursday, said he intends to be ready to play by Week 1 of the 2026 season, if not sooner.
Jones started 13 games for the Colts in 2025 and finished the season third in the NFL in yards per attempt (8.1), fourth in completion percentage (68 percent) and sixth in passer rating (100.2).
