The longtime leader behind Halo and Destiny leaves during a turbulent period for the studio, with Destiny 2 struggling and much of the team focused on Marathon.
Pete Parsons has stepped down as CEO of Bungie, to be replaced by a 15 year veteran in the company, Justin Truman.
Bungie undergoes a major shake-up which closes the door of an era at the Destiny and Marathon developer, and begins the next phase.
And that's not counting the Silver you need to spend.
The longtime CEO, who allegedly spent $2.4 million on classic cars as hundreds of Bungie employees were laid off, will be replaced by Justin "overdelivery" Truman.
Fans have been waiting for this for years.
